Went to Mustang Harry's to start off the afternoon, libations, ND football and Yanks baseball. Good food, great service and very, very clean. The bartender Cian, and his Dad/owner Niall, were great people. We loved Mustang Harry's so much we returned later that evening to watch more college football. Met the other owner, Ian, Niall's brother. Another great guy. I highly recommend this establishment. Good food ✔ Good drink ✔ Clean ✔ Very hospitable service/people ✔ read less

It was crowded and we didn’t have a reservation but were immediately seated in a booth all the way in the back . My son had the fried chicken sandwich and I had the Harry’s burger.
The food was tasty and our service was efficient and friendly. I had the special cocktail ( made with homemade pineapple vodka). They have happy specials every day! Would definitely return. read less

And the subway or Amtrack. Also Madison Square garden with sports and other entertainment like famous musicians is important. What stands out about Mustang Harry's is their hospitality. Everyone who works there is dedicated to serving the customers the best food, drinks and genuine individual attention.
The food is outstanding and the bar is very well stocked with knowledgeable bartenders. The menu is varied, gourmet, and there are daily specials. The chef will usually make something special if requested. The kitchen makes sure to add an excellent vegetarian item to their menu everyday.
The pub has many comfortable nooks, and a very nice big bar with tvs to watch sports. The sound system is very excellent and the Playlist often reflects the concerts playing nearby. There is even an upstairs party room.
All this is outstanding but remember the waitstaff and the owners Naills and Ian will always go above and beyond to delight you at Mustang Harry's. read less

I was staying at a hotel almost opposite mustang harrys and felt most comfortable coming here at night. I can’t tell you how friendly the staff are. The manager and Gavin specifically were soooo attentive every night I came in. They remembered my drink, my name, my story every time I came in (probably about 8 times) and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The food is probably the best food I had in Manhattan. Great location too. Cannot recommend the place enough and can’t wait to go back some day read less

We were walking one morning and noticed that 80 high school students came out just having enjoyed breakfast. Harry does open itself up to feeding large groups, particularly in the early morning.
Harry’s is known as a lunch, dinner and bar establishment. We liked what we saw on the menu and decided to come back for lunch.
Mustang’s Harry’s has that ambiance you come to expect while visiting NYC. The long—99-foot bar—sets the mode for something special.
We decided to take one of the high-tops in the bar area. There are also booths and tables throughout. As we were waiting, the proprietor came to our table and started to talk to us. My wife asked him “how the Caesar Salad is?” Ian Conroy, one of the two owners (the other being his brother) said “I had the Caesar yesterday and it is one of my favorite salad dishes.”
Ian Conroy and brother are from Tipperary, Ireland. They have owned the restaurant for well over 20 years. They survived many months of being closed during the Pandemic. Luckily, Madison Square Garden clientele helped save them.
The pink shirt worn by Ian on Fridays distinguishes him in the restaurant. We talked to him about Ireland and his famous restaurant. Ian is quite flamboyant, friendly and sincere. We enjoyed our conversation with him as well as the food.
Service was phenomenal. We enjoyed “Freddy” who took great care of us. He has been working at this establishment for years.
My wife did enjoy the Caesar Salad with Chicken. We shared their famous “Sheppard’s Pie.” Indeed, the dish had plenty of meat and mashed-potatoes. I just wish it had more peas and carrots.
Then, my wife and I split Harry’s famous burger. The 8 ounces of meat filled us both up. We did not need dinner. The burger was juicy as it was cooked to our liking being “medium-rare.”
Visiting “Mustang’s Harry” was one of our highlights while in the “Big Apple.” There is plenty of character, ambiance and panache for everyone. If you found this review “Helpful” in any way, please press “LIKE” to let me know. read less

This place has the all time best French fries I've ever had. The calamari was amazing absolutely amazing. The owners are so sweet! The bartender Keith was sweet and took his time with our large party. I highly recommend this place!
